When will I get my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an Order Confirmation which will show the expected delivery date. You will also be notified via email when your order is shipped out.
Each of our items is bespoke – it is custom-made to your order. Once your order is received, it takes 3 – 7 days to ‘fulfil’ (to fabricate the item, check it, and pack it). Your order is then shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
· USA: 3 – 4 business days
· Europe: 6 – 8 business days
· Australia: 2 – 14 business days
· Japan: 4 – 8 business days
· International:10 – 20 business days
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@lovepotionclothing.co.uk
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
· Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
· Ask your local post office if they have your pack
· Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct: and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@lovepotionclothing.co.uk with your order number.
If the shipping address was not correct: if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility, where they will be held for 30 days before disposal. You – the customer - will be liable for reshipment costs once you have confirmed an updated address with us at support@lovepotionclothing.co.uk
Unclaimed: shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility, where they will be held for 30 days before disposal. You – the customer – will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
I received an item damaged during shipment, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the item you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 7 days of receiving the shipment at support@lovepotionclothing.co.uk with photos of the damaged item and the packaging, giving your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
I received the wrong item, or a damaged item, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if you received the wrong item or a damaged item, despite our 3-step quality checks before being shipped out. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 7 days of receiving the shipment at support@lovepotionclothing.co.uk with photos of the wrong item or the damaged item, with your order number, and other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, or if you don’t like the colour. For this reason we ask you to carefully check our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@lovepotionclothing.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items under the circumstances defined in the paragraphs above. If any these apply in your case, please contact us at support@lovepotionclothing.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and full details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as defined in the paragraphs above.
How can a customer cancel or make changes to an order once placed?
The Order / Fulfilment process: Once your order has been placed with Love Potion Clothing Limited, and we have sent out an Order Confirmation, you order is then forwarded for fulfilment (the fabrication of the item, checking and packing). Once the fulfilment process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, nor can changes be made to the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, or make changes to your order, you have twelve (12) hours from the Order Confirmation being sent out within which you may cancel or make changes to your order. You should immediately notify us at support@lovepotionclothing.co.uk if you want to cancel the order or make any changes to the order. We will only accept cancellation or make changes to your order provided we receive your notification withing these twelve (12) hours.

We may update the above policies concerning Returns, Delivery and Order Cancellation. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "effective date" at the top of page 1 of these policies concerning Returns, Delivery and Order Cancellation will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the site after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policies concerning Returns, Delivery and Order Cancellation.
